Welcoming the season of Rest with Nicole Durant
Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing
December 13th 10:30-11:45AM $30
Join us as we welcome the season of rest with a special extended session of restorative yoga and sound healing. Nicole will guide you through a series of restorative poses, allowing your internal awareness to tune deeply into your somatic wisdom. Restorative yoga is a practice of deep relaxation for your body, allowing you to experience what surrendering into support feels like in your body and mind. Our entire session will be accompanied by the transcendent sounds of the crystal healing bowls.
Nicole Durant, E-RYT is a Philadelphia suburb yoga teacher who has taught yoga and meditation for over a decade (I first met her when we taught together at Yoga on Ridge!). Nicole is always mindful to make her classes accessible to the people present, from beginners to advanced students. Her classes always have a positive focus. Nicole can be found teaching regularly scheduled classes, pop-up workshops and trainings at Camaraderie in Ambler.
Somatic Sound
December 22nd 7-8 PM -$21
This deeply relaxing somatic meditation brings together the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra with the transcendent sounds of the crystal healing bowls, creating the transformative experience of Non Sleep Deep Rest.
Yoga Nidra is the Yoga of sleep. A simple, profound technique that brings deep relaxation to your body and declutters your mind, allowing your nervous system to reconnect to your inherent resilience. You awake from the embodied meditation feeling peacefully rejuvenated. This ancient, powerful process connects you to your deepest self and the source of your creation; allowing you to experience your natural state of harmonious bliss.
The accompaniment of the chakra attuned crystal bowls harmonizes the portal energy centers of your 7 main chakras, enhancing the healing power of the Yoga Nidra practice.
This practice is appropriate for anyone who can get up and down from the floor without assistance.
Yoga for Women
Fridays 6:30-7:30PM
Our bodies are home, vehicle, and expression of the dynamic energy that exists within us while simultaneously connected to the web of ALL THAT IS. Yoga for women is a movement to re-harmonize our humanity to our organic nature, re-membering our bodies to the dynamic interplay of energy that is not only bi-directional but non-linear and multi dimensional.
Yoga for women recognizes that people who identify as women (whether by choice or birth) need a safe space from those that have been conditioned to dominate and harm us; As such, group sessions are open to women only.
You’ll deepen your awareness of how posture affects your breath, explore the powerful link between breath and mind, and build a lasting sense of vitality and resilience. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary—just the ability to get up from the floor without assistance
The skills you learn will stay with you long after the series ends, offering practical tools you can return to anytime for greater ease, energy, and wellbeing

Global Meditation for Peace and Healing
Daily at 2PM EST - Self Guided and Tech Free
During this meditation, we imagine ourselves joining hands around the planet, creating a circle of love emanating from our hearts. Within this circle, we place those who are suffering—seeing them free from suffering. We hold space for the hungry, injured, oppressed, and lost, envisioning them as nourished, whole, liberated, and found. For 15 minutes, we surround all life with unconditional love.
