Summer brings lots of activity and plenty of change. This restorative session offers a deeply nourishing morning of restorative yoga and sound healing designed to nurture your connection to self.
Through supported, gentle postures and immersive sound, you’ll be guided into sacred rest where your body softens, you breath slows, and the thinking mind can recede to the background. This practice invites you to listen inward, attune to your own wisdom, and remember the quiet strength that remains available even when the world feels in flux.
