Through supported, gentle postures and immersive sound, you’ll be guided into sacred rest where your body softens, you breath slows, and the thinking mind can recede to the background. This practice invites you to listen inward, attune to your own wisdom, and remember the quiet strength that remains available even when the world feels in flux.

This deeply relaxing somatic meditation brings together the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra with the transcendent sounds of the crystal healing bowls, creating the transformative experience of Non Sleep Deep Rest.

What to Expect.
The Women’s Embodiment Series is a four-week, trauma-informed journey designed to support women navigating stress, hormonal change, menopause, and life transitions. Through functional breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, sound, and Yoga Nidra, this series offers a nervous-system-supportive space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom.
Rather than pushing, releasing, or bypassing experience, we focus on integration and safety—meeting the body where it is and allowing change to emerge naturally from within. This approach is especially supportive for women experiencing anxiety, sleep disruption, emotional sensitivity, or a sense of disconnection during perimenopause and menopause.
Global Meditation for Peace and Healing

During this meditation, we imagine ourselves joining hands around the planet, creating a circle of love emanating from our hearts. Within this circle, we place those who are suffering—seeing them free from suffering. We hold space for the hungry, injured, oppressed, and lost, envisioning them as nourished, whole, liberated, and found. For 15 minutes, we surround all life with unconditional love.
