Blakey Hastings.
LMT, AYS, C-IAYT
I’ve been called a Mystic, Yogi, and “Thoughtful student of life.” My natural gifts of extra sensory perception, resilience, and steadfast attention to Joy and Love carried me through the trauma and hardship that life so often delivers. Moving through, and integrating these obstacles of trauma and hardship have been the path to Love, Forgiveness, and Freedom through spiritual embodiment. My own own journey out of fear, inaction, and blame is the inspiration for Empowered Realignment (embodiment coaching) and North Star Somatic Arts. Every person is born with a purpose and a desire to feel fulfilled. My purpose is to guide you into your illuminated nature, into a life that is filled with happiness, joy and freedom.

CranioSacral Therapy.
Slow down. Breathe. Come back to yourself.
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, nervous system-focused bodywork therapy that supports relaxation, regulation, and the body’s natural healing processes. Using light touch and deep listening to the body’s rhythms, this work helps ease tension held within the nervous system, fascia, spine, and connective tissues, creating space for greater calm, clarity, and resilience.
In a world that constantly pulls us into stress, urgency, and overwhelm, CranioSacral Therapy offers an opportunity to reconnect with safety, rest, and embodied awareness. Sessions are deeply restorative and trauma-informed, supporting the shift from chronic survival patterns into greater balance, presence, and ease.
This work can support those experiencing chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma, CPTSD, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, headaches, sleep challenges, and nervous system dysregulation. It is also supportive for individuals seeking deeper connection with themselves through somatic healing, embodiment, and mind-body integration.
Rather than forcing change, CranioSacral Therapy works with the wisdom of the body—gently supporting the nervous system in remembering how to soften, regulate, and heal.
Empowered Realignment: Embodiment Coaching for Women
Come Home to Yourself.
Empowered Realignment is a nervous system–based embodiment coaching experience designed to support women through midlife, perimenopause, and menopause.
As hormones shift, the nervous system becomes more sensitive. Stress feels louder, sleep more elusive, emotions less predictable, and the strategies that once worked—pushing through, staying busy, positive thinking—often stop helping. Empowered Realignment works with the body’s changing physiology to restore balance, resilience, and self-trust.
Through a combination of breathwork, nervous system recovery practices, and gentle somatic movement, we help your body shift out of chronic stress and into greater regulation. This work is grounded in neuroscience and physiology and focuses on building real, usable skills you can apply in everyday life.
Rather than trying to “fix” yourself, Empowered Realignment helps you reconnect with yourself through somatic wisdom and spiritual embodiment — so you can feel steadier, clearer, and more at home in yourself during this powerful season of change.
Let’s Breathe
Let’s Breathe is a somatic breathwork experience that combines the transformative power of conscious connected breathing with a grounded, gentle, and supportive approach. While this style of breathwork can be deeply activating and profound, each session is guided with care, intentional pacing, and respect for your unique nervous system.
Rooted in trauma-informed principles, you are always invited — never pushed — into deeper awareness, allowing space for choice, safety, and integration throughout the experience. This practice is an opportunity to meet yourself honestly, release what is ready to move, and reconnect with the steady wisdom and intelligence of your body at a pace that truly supports you.
To receive the greatest benefit from a personalized breathwork journey, it is highly recommended that you first receive a CranioSacral Therapy session with a functional breath assessment or attend at least one group session. This foundational support helps you better understand your breathing patterns, nervous system responses, and personal process, allowing for a more effective and supported experience.
