A thoughtful student of life.
I've been called a mystic, a yogi, and — my favorite — a thoughtful student of life
My Story
My natural gifts — extra-sensory perception, resilience, and a steadfast attention to joy and love — carried me through the trauma and hardship that life so often delivers.
Moving through those obstacles, and integrating them rather than outrunning them, became my own path toward love, forgiveness, and freedom through spiritual embodiment.
My journey out of fear, inaction, and blame is the root of North Star Somatic Arts. I don't believe any of us need to become someone new. I believe every person is born with a purpose, and with an inherent wisdom, power, and joy that's already theirs — sometimes just buried under what we've moved through.
My work is to hold space for that return. Not to promise you'll arrive somewhere by a certain date, or feel a certain way by the end of a session — but to walk alongside you as you come home to what's already yours.
How I Work
I bring together CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Realization, and Somatic breathwork — body-based practices, held with both scientific grounding and an open heart. Heart Led. Science Supported.
I'm not here to fix or transform you into someone else. I'm here to help you recalibrate your inner compass and reconnect to the wisdom that is revealed from the somatic elixir that is body, mind, and spirit harmonized and attuned to your heart.
