You've already done the work of surviving. You've read the books, done the therapy, tried the practices. And still — something in you knows there's a layer deeper than intellectual insight and external behavior change. A place words and understanding alone can't reach. This container is for that layer. The somato-spiritual space beyond words and into Experience.
What’s included
12 weekly 75 minute sessions
Somatic embodiment coaching and breathwork form the foundation of every session. Virtual sessions include somato-emotional meditation; in-person sessions may include hands-on CranioSacral Therapy — each offering its own depth of release, clarity and integration.
Midweek support
One email or voice-memo exchange per week, responded to within 48 hours on business days. A steady hand between sessions, held with a clear container. You are not alone.
Journal prompts and daily practices
A rhythm of reflection and embodied practice to carry the work of each session into your daily life. Daily contact with the new ways of living are paramount to mastering your own energy. Simple, practical, embodiment building. Created from decades of experience and coaching.
Your personal Journey Home map
Not written for you — discovered by you. At weeks 1, 6, and 12, mapping prompts invite you to name what you're carrying in, what's becoming visible, and who you are becoming. Your mastery is your own.
Two monthly group sessions — included while active in the container
Somatic breathwork and somatic meditation with sound healing. Community and belonging, woven into the individual work. Healing happens in communion. We are never alone.
Who this is for
For those whose recovery from burnout or trauma has opened a door to something deeper. You don't need convincing that healing is possible — you're ready for the next layer of it.
This work is not for everyone, and that's by design. It asks for willingness: to feel what's been avoided, to release what's been gripped, to meet the unknown of what is possible when you truly open to the glory of your own power.
