CranioSacral Therapy and SER

The River of Consciousness

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, light-touch somatic therapy that supports the central and autonomic nervous system. Working with the fascia, spine, and connective tissue, it invites the body’s own patterns of tension and holding to soften. Sessions are calming and restorative — fully clothed, resting on a table, following the pace your nervous system sets.

Beneath the physical, CST works with the deeper rhythm of the body — the pulse that carries your history, your holding patterns, and your wisdom. It’s a practice of listening, not fixing — creating enough stillness for the body to reveal what it’s ready to release. In this space, the nervous system remembers it’s safe enough to soften.

SomatoEmotional Release (SER)

SomatoEmotional Release is a therapeutic process that explores the relationship between emotional experience and physical tension held in the body’s tissues. It often emerges within CranioSacral work, as the nervous system settles into enough safety to access what’s been stored. This process draws on the growing body of research connecting unresolved stress and trauma to physical symptoms and restriction.

SER meets the places in you that have been waiting to be witnessed. It’s not about reliving the past — it’s about giving the body permission to complete what it started, in its own time and its own way. What surfaces is never forced; it simply becomes safe enough to move.

To explore somato emotional release (realization) book a craniosacral therapy session.
